Chocolate Turmeric Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 Cup unsweetened plant milk of choice (I love soy for this)
- ½ Teaspoon ground Turmeric (I like Organic India Turmeric Formula supplement)
- ¼ Cup cacao powder or dark cocoa powder
- 1 Teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and chopped or grated
- ¾ -1 Cup spinach or kale leaves (a good-size handful, to taste)
- 1 medium banana, frozen and chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Whole Husk Psyllium, optional
- 4-5 ice cubes
Instructions
- Add ingredients to a blender — blend on high until smooth. Top as desired, and enjoy!
